Reside Developments, established in 2004 is a privately owned multi-disciplined company noted for adding value to projects through its extensive experience and ability to deal with intricate and technical planning issues.

Reside Developments has a track record of delivering homes and infrastructure in the local area. Its scheme on the land to the north of Funtley Road has now been completed, built by Vivid Homes – the 27 properties developed are all affordable.
In conjunction with Vivid Homes, Reside has also recently completed the construction of a new combined cycleway and footpath through the land to the south of Funtley Road and the private agricultural bridge across the M27 which is now open to the public for your use, which links Funtley Road with Thames Drive to the south of the M27.

Other recent successful projects for Reside include:
Horsham Football Club - Reside worked closely with Horsham District Council and the local community to successfully achieve planning consent for a new home for the Club. Works commenced with the new clubhouse being built by Reside Construction. In order to facilitate the new Club House and pitches, Reside obtained consent on part of the existing Holbrook Club in North Horsham for 58 dwellings.
Frith Park – A stunning collection of 26 new, two and three bedroom mews-style country cottages and four bedroom villas arranged in a courtyard setting together with 11 two and three bedroom apartments behind the retained façade of the locally listed Mansion House. Each area is individually designed to reflect the grandeur and history of the parkland site.
The Company has designed and built an enviable portfolio of properties across the South East, a number of which have received prestigious awards and accolades.
In 2019 the company won two notable awards for its current flagship development, Frith Park, at the prestigious Surrey Property Awards: Best Apartment and Best Interior Design.
In 2014 Reside Developments was presented with The Mayor’s Award for the conversion of the Bellairs Playhouse in Guildford into a collection of luxury apartments and penthouses. We received, and continue to receive, high praise for all aspects of this very complex project.
